Duane1988 i agree with them,in classws my biologic teacher have told us that water is one of the 7 most important nutritions we need ,and i aslo have read of that you should drink water not until you are really thirsty,but to drink water regularly.happy mylotting

Duane1988 actually,i have just returned from a computer markets where my roomate bought his computer there,because he can not stand his comeputer any longer,always crashed ,we tried our best to repair it,but it do not work,nearly driving us crazy!

Duane1988 i really tired of my wether here ,rainy for almost 2 weeks,which made us so disappointed,but now the sun comes out ultimately,so i feel better now ,and today we will have a PE class ,thank goodness ,no rain for today.

Duane1988 from my view ,i think i would not tour these countries where terrorists are here and there even if landscape as there is fantastic,because the main point we should concern in travel is safty ,protecting ourselves must come first.

Duane1988 yes,i think drink a glass of milk is good to our health,it contains a lot of nutrition which we are in need,such as calcium ,protain,and Vd,but i have heard that 40 percent of people are allergic to the milk,so maybe it is reasonable for someone donnot like it...

Duane1988 i almost agree with you ,yet,if we can work hard and attempt to fet a high score in SAT nad TOFEL or GRE as well as a not baD GPA ,maybe ,we can get a scholarship ,well all of these are difficult and depend on your effort

Duane1988 yes,it brings you fun and open your eyes at the same time,but personally,i think spending 5 hours or more is a little excessive,it is not good to your health to stay in front of the computer for a long time,to myself ,generally,1-2 hours is enough.
