EmethofCalormen I've given five or ten bucks to homeless guys before, but when possible, I prefer to take them somewhere and buy them a meal or necessities. I don't do it often, but it helps me make sure my money isn't going to booze or drugs.

EmethofCalormen I mostly surf after midnight, when there's nothing else for me to do. xD During those times, I hit up imageboards and uh... ebaums. Other than that, I like to use the stumbleupon toolbar, which I highly recommend for internet surfers.
