sugar_licious I think the going will be really slow until you do accept that you are small. Sometimes it takes a really dramatic wake up call for some people to really get moving down the path of enlightenment.

When you go out for shopping you go by car or on foot?

mentalmum hey as2006, well hubby and i usually go shopping by car once a week, but if he is working i will take the bus and then come home by taxi. There is a Spar 5 minutes from us, so if i run out of bread or milk i can just walk there. There is also a market near us...
