Which of the two do you think can beat the other? As for me, although having talent could obviously make things easier, hardwork can definitely beat talent, if talent does not work hard.
What are your thoughts on this?

Lenny Miller Yep, agreed. Talent gives you a headstart. It's like that tortoise and the hare tale we learnt as kids. Talent can help you sprint faster and make progress quicker, but if you get lazy and don't work on your craft, you'll be overtaken by someone putting in...

What do you guys do when you have nothing to do in the office? In our company, there is a time where there is no work to do at all. This happens when we finish our proposal projects and just waiting for the result of our bids....

Lenny Miller You could either take the time to relax/rejuvenate yourself or you could work on building some aspect of yourself. If going first the first option, you could just chill and maybe do something you really like to do. If you prefer going for the latter option,...

If you sit outside and quietly listen you can hear music in the air. You will hear the music of the birds brightly singing.
The cheerful sound of a happily singing bird is sure to make you smile. It makes a wonderful start to...

Lenny Miller Thanks for the reminder. Yeah, it is nice the subtle stuff that goes on that you don't pay attention to. It is a bit of a bother if you're living in the city with noisy traffic noise happening outside, but I guess you can get a glimpse of it if you pay...

I try finding out this from a catholic priest and he said when once a person dies, they go straight to purgatory. But my pastor is of the view that people die and go straight before God for judgement, others believe that we died and...

Lenny Miller I don't think you can provide a definite answer to this question. There are three problems related to this:
1. No one has died and come back
2. Some have died and come back but we can't verify that it's true
3. Some haven't died and come back but claim to
So...

I slept late due to over exhaustion last night. Yes, I couldn't sleep when I'm extremely exhausted. Still I woke up early. Before 6am. Stayed in bed a bit and decided to open mylot.
Today I feel inspired. I want to go to the...

Lenny Miller Lately, I haven't been inspired much. Have been gaming a lot more and stuff. But I did do something different today to help me get back on track. What motivated me was getting away from what I was doing and just thinking about what I'm doing. And then I just...

Though it varies in terms of degree, we all have pride as well as prejudice. While the former can lead us to set high standards, perform at a higher level, the latter tends to curtail us – our thinking, objectivity and positive...

Lenny Miller Hmm. Yeah, I think that everything in moderation is best. But even that principle has exceptions. Pride can be good in that it helps you avoid settling for less. But at the same time, pride can bring you ruin if you think you know everything and cannot benefit...

When I'm stressed or need to spend time with myself I like to stay in some special place for me and stare at nothing. Trying to clear my mind and think of nothing but my vision at that moment.
I totally forget the world. It's...

This time it will be a real hard time for me to reach the payout. It is only 5 days left and I'm still at $3.4 .
I know I can make it only if I spare a lot of time for mylot in the next 5 days. Moreover the counter also supports...

Lenny Miller Hmm. Interesting. I've considered the kind of money coming in from myLot for me and it seems like it's not the best way to earn. Better to treat it as platform for fun or engaging content, with the money being a side benefit.
But yeah, whatever works for...
