JeongLee i shall never foget it. i was so excited that days and get to the office early in the afternoon( i was taking the night shift for the first job). i spent a whole nigh to get familar with my duty and have my plan.

JeongLee i agree with you. i used to be a morning person and have a long waik( with radio). i feel energetic everyday. now i need work in the night sometimes and always sleep late in the morning. i always feel tired in the afternoon. i shall get back my hooby.

JeongLee yes, i have met the problem. i browse a lot a site everyday and firefox stored. we need clean the history and the cookies everydays to protect the computer. too much junk will slow down the computer.

JeongLee i am with you. i don't like the the site listed nagative messages. i never back to such sites. personally,i prefer the artcle listed with suggestions, but nave make it to very person/phenomenon. every person got there idea and have different conclusions.
