Jay Holland Young people have healthier digestions, and use their food more efficiently. The more toxins or antibiotics we are exposed to the less efficiently we use our food, because our health gut bacteria die off, and do not get replaced.

Jay Holland I wish that all people were less selfish. We also need to look at ourselves and try to improve ourselves as well. I think it is fine to open the conversation about becoming better people as long as we are willing to improve ourselves as well.
