I've just started walking outdoors and now started training for running. I can't believe the difference I feel mentally. I have used the treadmill & eliptical for years and never felt the mental release I feel when I go outdoors...

KMPierce Yes, change is always good! I get bored easily so running outdoors help me stay focused on my health.

KMPierce It has become addictive! The weather is starting to get bad & cold here, but I'm still out almost everyday. I'm hoping to keep it during the winter- I may have to resort the the treadmill.

KMPierce I totally agree with you on this!! When your young you make everything into a big thing.... you can't make every part of your life a whirlwind. No one will take you seriously - maybe that's why young people feel they have to work soo hard to prove themselves....

KMPierce Yes, I know the shows get tiring after awhile for me. My son could watch them over and over and over again. I personally like boomerang because it has older cartoons on it that i can watch with him and takes me back to my childhood.

KMPierce I totally agree with this. I can sing our National Anthem, without mistakes, also. I think it is a shame that people don't know it and seemingly don't get the meaning behind it. We should sing it at major public events.

KMPierce I have noticed a trend that more and more women are stay at home moms. I am one myself & love it. My life has turned out very different than planned, but again, I have no regrets.

KMPierce Yes, Little Caesar's & garlic sauce is good. I still have to say Papa John's with ranch is the best- in my opinion.
