CoffeeAnyone I would have to say an Eat More bar. I just love them. I am 47 and I have eaten those probably sense I was 10 years old maybe even younger! I still love them as much today as I did when I was a kid.

ashar123 Well if you are suffering from Type 1 diabetes then you have to be careful while you are exercising. You must take water more in your diet and stay away from sugar. If you are feeling pudgy then you must use yougurt a little more in your diet and milk.
