Stephanie I'm currently training myself to wake up to an alarm. I used to be stay at home mom and so I would wake up a bit later or whe the kiddo woke up, but now I'm starting a business and have to get up early!

Stephanie Very normal. Especially if you have many people who depend on you. I feel that way often. I find that taking a day to relax or a nice hot bath every so often does wonders.

Stephanie Ghosts are definitely real, but most people can't see them. I can't see them but i can feel them nearby sometimes. If your paranormal experience made you feel unsafe you can google several ways to protect yourself from ghosts.
