Megan Lane My sister and my nephews lived two hours away from us. Occasionally we drive to her place to play with the kids. Usually, its a nice drive because she lived just outside the freeway which gives a fairly nice ride.

Megan Lane I workout and do a lot of cardio exercise. The key is get your heart pumping. Even a 10 minute brisk walk will do, move move move. Eat good food especially fiber and protein, that should be enough to help burn.
