Tacia Elise Don't be down on yourself. Everyone gets results differently. When I watched a bunch of videos, some lost 30lbs in a month, others lost in 3 months. What are you eating? How are you exercising? (I might have asked this on another post, can't remember haha)

Anna In Europe we all eat dinner from around 7:30 PM, there are not many obese people in Europe. It's what you eat, not when you eat. A light dinner does not take 3 to 5 hours, no more than 2.
