My problem is, I am a supervisor and have one employee that has no motivation at all. We are in a electronic/technical field. I have tried everything I can think of so I am turning to you, the people of Mylot for any suggestions.

Mikki2 Thank you for your response. I have always felt that you should give 100% effort in all you do but some people just don't feel that way. I am afraid you are right that it might come down to termination if things don't change soon. I will hate to do that but...

I wouldnt let anyone baby sit my boy untill about 9 months. I wouldnt put him into a day care,as im able to stay home.if i had to work i wouldnt put him in day care until he was atleast 2,3 maybe is that harsh? How olds ur kid...

Mikki2 The company I worked for did not have any family benefits. I did not get a penny during the time I was off. My ex was no help either. No child support at all. I would have loved to have been able to stay at home.

Did any one catch Studio 60 on t.v. tonight? Has the program been renewed? I sure hope so. I had not seen it before and it is from 2007. Can't wait to find out if it's back. Anyone heard anything?

Mikki2 It was a new show. I have found out that it will be on Friday nights. I just hope this means it will be back next season. Keep your fingers crossed!

Mikki2 I don't blame you for downloading music. I just read where 61 students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are being sued for downloading music and that hundreds of more from over 60 different campuses are being sued.

Mikki2 I have thought of moving to Colorado before. I have never been there but it looks so lovely. Las Vegas would be too "busy" for me but to each his/her own. My family is scattered but I call this (Mississippi) home. I guess I will be here for a while longer.

Mikki2 A Toyota Prius gets about 55 miles to the gallon combined (city and highway). And it is not a hybrid. It runs on regular gas.

Mikki2 Exxon/Mobil own the refineries and I was smart enough to buy a car that gets 40+ miles to the gallon. I do understand supply and demand. And if no one is pumping their gas then they have no demand, which increase the supply which brings down the cost at the...

Mikki2 He did sort of work for Lorilei's Inn. Remember Suki hired him to drum up business for lunch and he dressed up like a hot dog or something and stood in front of Luke's diner handing out fliers.
