Muttnboofer I have the same problem with whole milk. I can't drink it without it bothering me. When I was 14 I had a Dr. tell me that if I had to drink milk that I'd do better with either goat milk or at the most 2% cow milk. Less fat the better. I can't stand the taste...

Muttnboofer Actually belly dance is a very low stress and low impact form of exercise. Some modification towards the second and last trimesters are needed (no belly rolls or shimmies)but that's about it.
