Reed201084 Sounds like you got dry skin or a fungal infection. Visit doctor or go to drug store and ask for antifungal cream for feet. They have plenty. If it continues, seek a physician.

Reed201084 Excercise is good to. Fruit, vegetables. Bake your food don't fry them. Do not ever eat or only eat one or two big meals . Have 3 well balanced and cut out the junk food.
