SarahJaya I too stay in Southern India. Yes it is hot now. But tomorrow onwards the temparature is going to increase slowly. Buttermilk and raw onion are good for summer. I don't know how it will be with my kids. already they are feeling the heat.

SarahJaya I don't have bedtime for my kids. But if it is schoolday myson(5 years old) sleeps early around 9:00,but if it is a holiday it may go up to 11:00. I think he gets used to 9:00 when he goes to school regularly.

SarahJaya I feel male boss is better than a female boss. Because Woman's mood will be changing often and they have more egoism than men in some cases(situations),which creates problems. The way of thinking is also different. so, a man boss is better.
