Suescott My calorie count will be less if I skip carbs, but friends who lost weight on this type of diet said that they didn't feel as hungry as they did on other diets.

Suescott Thank you for your detailed response. I am going to folow almost exactly what you said, but for the first time not eating any grains either. I think Ihave an addiction to them and they set me up for bingeing and craving.
