I am going to start a low carb diet tomorrow. It won't be a formal diet like Dr. Atkins, the Paleo Diet, or South Beach. I am going to eat lots more meat, chicken and fish than I usually do and eat a lot more vegetables and salads...

Suescott My calorie count will be less if I skip carbs, but friends who lost weight on this type of diet said that they didn't feel as hungry as they did on other diets.
