David Francis I usually like a hot shower but I’ve trained myself to take a cold one if I’m sun burned. I can’t eat spicy food any more but I do play video games and this can pump up your adrenaline and release endorphins the more you get involved

David Francis So there are a lot of podcasts I listen too. If you like comedy you should check out “Belinda Blinked” start at chapter 1 and then get involved. Joe Rogan is also good but he can light a fire under your butt some time with his opinions.
