Does anybody else take supplements for their workouts? If so list what you take and your goals. Personally I use: L-Glutamine Creatine 100% Whey Protein My goals is to bulk up, and just look good for senior trip.

Nhey16 we thought of that too, it looks like a UFO, but it can't be. and it's not only one round thing that we saw in the other photos, there are lots of them, and in different places each photo. at first i felt so afraid, but now, i do believe that they protect us.

Today, I discovered one thing in mylot. In the ‘add tags to this discussion’ , You can just drag a word to the box and the tag is created automatically. Did you notice this?
