I just wondered whether anyone out there has experience of marketing hand crafted things that they have made? If, how have they got on? Has it been a profitable experience, or not?

I just wondered if anyone has any experience of using their writing skills to generate money in a systematic way. Other than through MyLot, of course. If so, which methods have they found to be the best earners?

What do you think? This would separate out internet based money making techniques from other ways of making money, which are very different in terms of the overall marketing strategies involved.
