Can You Say No To Yourself

There are thinks which you do and your mind knows that what you are doing is wrong but you find your body doing it.So how can you do to have a strong will power to say NO to yourself and stand on it.

Zahra07 Hey Hi, If we say just think about the causes of what we doing wrong, maybe we could say no. If you control yourself you keep doing it. But always good to try and get use of saying No this is wrong.

How many mobile phones you own/use? why???

Zahra07 when I was a kid I used to play in street becuase all kids were out, but now I don't see that many of kids playing out side of house. If I had kids one time I wouldn't let them play out side because time changed from back than to now.

Zahra07 Hey Hi, I'm online every day but always depends on the day if I was busy or not. In weekends many 2 or 3 hrs, but in other days I may sit for 7 to 8 hrs. I think it's alot. :)

Zahra07 hey Hi, I would choose love, becuase with love we could have anything that we want it if only we try. But love is hard to find. If I could have all money that I want, everyone would love me for the money not for who I am.

Laptop

I have a hard time keeping my laptop free of spyware. Does anyone have any good and cheap recommendations for software I can use. I keep having to reboot, and I have had to use my recovery cd twice over the last 6 months.

Zahra07 Hey Hi, Avira Antivirus is the best. I had virus and just cleaned right away and I didnt have to use the recovery. Also It telles you if the program you downloading has virus or not. Thats what i'm using right now.
