noadays none is conscious of their health and so what happens...they take madicines to improve their health!for a gud health,20 to 30 minutes exercise is very neccessary!

AAYAAM Alas, this is the only wish that is is not fulfilled these days; I always plan to do some exercise but the hectic life style will never allow; but regular breaks during work or study time work well.

I do not know about other countries, but in India, taking or giving lift is quite a popular phenomenon. On his way, one can always manage to find, a few people standing, a couple of meters ahead of him, with great optimism shining...

i sleep late in night between 11.30 pm to 12 pm. i know this is a bad habit but i love watch tv and for whole day i am in office so i dont get time to watch tv and i am student also so i study also in night.
