ab_arnie I know of garlic's antibiotic property, but what most people don't know is that garlic also controls high blood pressure when it spikes up. That's what I let my dad take when his BP is up. Same desired effect, less side effects than commercial medications. =]

ab_arnie I've read it form somewhere that fruits should be taken 30mins-1hour before or after meals to achieve the greatest benefits. Eating fruits together with a full meal will just add up to the bulk of it.
