Does anybody take Chlorella or Spirulina?

I've heard about lots of health benefits from these two supplements and am curious if anybody knows anything about them, or has taken them???

agavenectar I take Spirulina tablets not everyday, but I definatley feel better when I do.

I started the raw food movement last October, but had to travel for work, and then the holidays started so I lost the habit! :( It was SO much fun though-I felt great, lost weight, my skin was glowing, and I just really liked it....

agavenectar I'm a raw foodist and I enjoy it a LOT. I think organic food is like an investment in you future and your well being. It costs extra but has a LOT more rewards than conventional food.

I beleive that exercising and limited food increases life span. Also important things are proper sleep and stress free life. What is your opinion?

agavenectar Calorie Restriction is one of the few proven life extension methods actually. So eating frugally definatley can increase life span. I believe raw food, and organic food are two of the most important components for truly optimal health.

Did you stop eating oreos when you knew about the trans fat?

I remember back a while that others were talking to take oreos off of the markets. Many claimed that the trans fat in oreos were very unhealthy. Since the report, have you stopped or eaten less oreos?

agavenectar There's a lot of dangerous processed food ont he market today ( aspartame, MSG, high fructose corn syrup, etc..) but hydrogenated oils are by far one of the worst culprits. I don't eat anything that contains a cooked oil or hydrogenated trans fats, it inhibits...

agavenectar Starbucks coffee is not fair trade and they pay their farmers about a dollar a day for their product but mark it up about 1000% for the 4 dollar drink as you mentioned. There's a literal epidemic of adrenal fatigue in this country by people drinking too...

agavenectar Yeah if you feel frost time is completley over, it should be safe to plant and put plants outside to get real sunlight and real growth! You can plant edible flowers too, like nasturchiums. Their really tasty and easy to grow!
