aj2006 I just love them both.. its always good to eat beggies and fruits. As a mother of two kids, I make sure that I teach them to eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits while they are young.. Im glad they liked it.

aj2006 I love chocolates too.. especially dark chocolates, its a healthy food as well, I have lots of it whenI do the grocery and I make sure to eat dark chocolate to keep me extra alert too.. its a wonderful food and I love it!

aj2006 Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't! LOL.. really depends on my activity, I just make sure to eat a full breakfast in the morning..and I have snacks in between as well, sometimes I skip lunch because I have small knicknacks before lunch time. :0)

aj2006 Home-cooked meal is what I like best, I make sure to cook every weekend at home, but during weekdays and if time is not enough I eat fast food for lunch at the office, but most of the time I bring cooked meal at the office..I am more happy with it/ :)
