Kandase I drink both decaf tea and decaf coffee. l add a bit of soy milk, cinnamon and a tsp of natural brown sugar to both. I can have the tea without the milk - but not the coffee.

Heather Echola Usually I drink both plain. I like herbals, and flavored beverages. On rare occasions I do add a flavor creamer, but that is seldom.

WP I take black tea. But I love coffee too and enjoy taking it with milk and jaggery. In fact, I feel like a hot cup of jaggery coffee now!

LooeyVille For hot tea I add Splenda only. For hot coffee I had a flavored sugar-free coffee syrup like Almond Vanilla or Pumpkin Spice or something.
