Here's your soda farl (like a quarter of a loaf of soda bread) - what are you going to put on it? Butter, cheese, meat, Jam or something outlandish like prunes and custard? Be imaginative please. LOL.

Just imagine for a moment that you owned your own house. If you do already it might be easier to imagine than if you don't. Let's say that you decide to sell it; and rent a smaller property cheaply from a relative whilst you house...
