antverdovsky Sorry I've never used Moneybookers; however I can suggest that you check the FAQ of the site or contact support if you're still have problems. There may also be some type of problem with your bank so you may have to contact them too.

antverdovsky Have you tried any of those GPS devices? Many of them have satellite traffic updates which are not always 100% accurate but they do provide a pretty good prediction of how traffic is looking.

antverdovsky If you are saying that you are spending too much money a month and want to save them then I recommend creating a budget. You can use a website like Mint.com or just write down all your revenues and expenses.

antverdovsky Why would you want to print out those things? They are usually extremely long and it will be a huge waste of paper. I do however recommend reading them fully and understanding them fully to avoid problems for the future.
