I am a writer in that sense. I don't usually read books. I write because I want to express myself. I express my emotions well in writing than any other forms of expressions.

anwar007 I like taking deep relaxing breaths when stress out. The deep breaths help me in relaxing, supply sufficient amount of oxygen to my body, clear my thinking, give me time to think and deliberate before responding to the situation and thus help me fight stress...
