So fruits contain a tonne of sugar I hear..is this true? Does this mean it's not healthy to eat a lot of fruits? I've always thought that it was a good habit to eat lots of fruits.. what do you guys think?

Aprillynn1 Fruits contain sugar in it's natural form. Refined sugars found in processed foods is what you want to stay away from! Eating lots of fruit is good for you!!!

Aprillynn1 I have never watched Grey's Anatomy, but I AM a huge fan of House! I love the characters, especially Dr. House. He is brilliant and he knows it. He never fails to amaze me and is able to keep a smile on my face. Love it!

Aprillynn1 I don't know about legalizing all drugs. Some of these drugs out here can be really serious. But, natural drugs-drugs that aren't manufactured, should not be illegal! It amazes me that marijuana is illigal, but, cigarettes are legal!
