What is your favorite things to eat for breakfast?

how much caffeine do you take in a day?

Many people feel that caffeine increases their mental alertness. Higher doses of caffeine can cause anxiety,dizziness,headaches, and the jitters. It can as well interfere with your normal sleep..well.. i know all about this...

ayeezgail i limit my coffee up to 2 cups a day.drinking much lead me to palpitation. & ive read that caffein has an effect on fertility on woman.
