binaybbsr1 tht was cycle from good to bad, time may come for another cycle i.e. from bad to good. But no need to wait for tht cycle. If it happens in life, dont close your eyes. Life itself is sometimes abusing. take care.

binaybbsr1 yah, siren should be there. The main difference i want to make is not to shift patient to hospital unnecessary. Even i m not thinking for hospital, where patient should be kept. That will pollute the intention. Always, one will try to shift to hospital only.
