burnleyboy firstly, brown chicken in pan, then wrap in prosciutto or bacon and cook in oven for 15mins on 180c

burnleyboy I think the best celebrity chef would have to be Jamie Oliver, he is very passionate, and gives back something to the community. Any chef that cooks simple everyday meals is great to watch also.

burnleyboy I always listen to music when i'm on mylot, reading, doing housework, even last year when i was studying. I have a playlist on my yuwie page with over 100 songs, mostly pop/rock, i enjoy doing this at least twice a day.

burnleyboy there are many dishes I think that only olive oil can be used, but for deep frying i like peanut oil. i really do not like using spray on oils, yuk!

burnleyboy My 2 favourites are Carlos Santana and Tommy Emmanuel, because I have seen them both live. I'm not a big guitar fan, but seeing Carlos make that guitar 'talk' was simply awesome, a great experience.
