CarterRune Breastmilk is infinately better for your baby, hands down. Formula can't even touch it. Humans are mammals therefore human babies are meant to be breastfed!

CarterRune Yes, I do it all the time. :) I am very discreet though, I wear my baby in a sling and most people can't even tell that I am nursing. My oldest is too squirmy though so we don't nurse in public anymore...

CarterRune Sorry, I know some people disagree, but I think its a good thing that the hospitals in your country are requiring breastfeeding. Firstly, I don't think its right for mothers on a low budget to CHOOSE not to breastfeed and then sign up for government assistance...

CarterRune No, its way too much of a hassle for me too! I don't formula feed at all, but its still a PITA to have to pack bottles of BM in a cooler. Straight from the tap is so much easier! :)
