cathyt1557 I will let you know how it works for me. Right now I'm doing it at home with a DVD, but I will be taking a 5 week class in July. Should be an interesting experience. I was a klutz before MS and now, well, I'm just excelling at being a klutz.lol

cathyt1557 You may be as healthy as a horse, and other members of your family may be. Perhaps you have a genetic predisposition to be healthy no matter what. However, statistically, I believe smokers put a big dent in healthcare costs.
