charylady everyone will eventually develop some form of osteoarthritis; it's a natural part of ageing. but you're right eating healthy from a young age will help delay or even prevent the other types of arthritis. so eat healthy :)

charylady i agree, those meds may give you relief but they also affect your other organs (like your liver and kidneys). that's why it's always better to find natural remedies. i'm glad you found something natural that helps alleviate your pain.
