Tonight I decided to make a brisket. I put some homemade brisket rub on it and cut up some onions and carrots. I then put it in the crock pot and took a nice nap. I am making mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans to go with it. I...

I love to get free stuff. I search the web daily for freebies. I used to get so many each day that the mailman would have to bring the mail to the house because it wouldn't all fit in the box. I bought a farm size mailbox and now...

I've been looking for way to cut the electric bill. I absolutely love the smell of sun dried clothes, but I don't have a clothes line. The wind blows so hard here that one of the nifty portable umbrella type would not be feasible....

What school supplies does your school require you to buy for your child?
Or do they supply everything for your child?
Is there something that you buy your child every school year as a tradition?

craftymom My kids' school supplies everything they will need for the year (with a $30 supply fee).
I sometimes think I could find the supplies for a lot less on my own, but this way, all the students have the exact same brands and stuff.
We also have to supply our own...
