I am 14 weeks pregnant. My mother asked me to take saffron (herb) with milk from now. But, my friend told it should be taken from 5th month. Is it safe to take during pregnancy? Or is there any month from when I should start?

creative2715 She loves her husband more than anyone. So, she doesn't want to hurt him speaking anything wrong. She even sometimes told to bring girls home to make him happy, believing it would not happen. Without hurting his feelings how can this be solved?

Remedy for severe headaches during second trimester?

I am 14 weeks Pregnant. I'm having severe headache but it's on and off. I hate to take medicines. Can anyone suggest me if there are any home remedy or exercises which helps to lessen or prevent headache? Thanks in advance.

creative2715 As I'm still having vomiting (throwing up everything), I hate to take medicines. Also, I'am already taking prenatal vitamins and calcium tablets. Thanks for your advise.

creative2715 Thanks for your fast response. I'm drinking enough water. Hence it is not for dehydration. I don't even have a sinus. I should try a neck massage and warm shower. Thanks again for the remedies.

creative2715 I heard cocoa butter doesn't help reducing stretch marks. Two days ago, one of my friend told, if you apply pure olive oil regularly, the stretch marks will go away in a few weeks. I will have to try this. Please let me know, if anyone tried and the results.

Any exercises for eyes?

My friend told me to rotate the eye balls in a circular motion for 5-10 times a day, which helps to relax. Are there any other exercises for eyes which helps to get relax, improve sights?

creative2715 Even my friends told me about cocoa butter stretch mark cream. But in one of the website, it is said that one of the proven results - though many are using cocoa butter, it doesn't help to remove stretch marks. I'll post you the link when I find it again.

Can frozen foods be eaten during pregnancy?

I am from India, but now staying in US. I see all most all the vegetables, fruits are frozen or canned. I am worried, if frozen foods, vegetables and fruits can be eaten during pregnancy. Does this harm the baby, if eaten?
