I have been trying to loose my stomach been doing sit-ups almost every day but it just doesn't seem to work fast enough does anyone have any tips?

DanialAhmed2011 Brother you need to change your workout plan. Just doing sit-ups wont make you lose belly fat. You need to do a lot of cardio. 3 times a week combined with some weightlifting programm will give the best results. 20min of cardio and 50min of weightlifting...

DanialAhmed2011 To be honest I dont think there are any other great players like sachin tendulkar in the indian team. Sachin is one of the greatest player all time. Although india has the strongest batting line up there is no player like sachin.

DanialAhmed2011 I would prefer 2 hours playing cricket man. But to be honest cricket is one of the laziest game ever. Its fun but doesnt make you really tired. But I also love working out although 2 hours might be too long.
