Why do churches take money from its congregation and have so many riches, if money leads to evil? Surely the church should lead by example and be poor.

dbcraff I would really like to know what church are they talking about. I know my church deosn't have any artifacts or stock. I think you all need to be more specific and not generalize because you definitely aren't looking at the whole picture. Only the part you want...

dbcraff I believe you are watching the pastors on T.V. who unfortunately are giving a bad impression on churches. It is not about the money!!!! It is about spreading Gods word so that others might be saved and have a personal relationship with the Lord. I think there...

We took the kids thid weakend. It was loads of fun. Even though it was alittle chilly. They loved the shamu shoe and the arctic ride we had to ride that about 5 times.

dbcraff I have never been to the one in texas. And you were smart to bring a lunch because it is expensive to eat in the park. We have done that from time to time also.

dbcraff We went to the one in San diego. And yes I agree it is fun to go on a warm day so they can get splashed. We make it a yearly goal to go. We went a little earlier this year but, enjoyed it just the same.

This has always bothered me. Why is it you are old enough to die for your country at the age of 18 and vote but, you can't drink until 21? I think it should be legal at 18. After all you are considered an adult?

dbcraff WOW at 16!!!! I thoguht 18 was to young. I guess us in U.S. shouldn't be complaing about the age to join the armed forces. And Yes laws are strange sometimes.

dbcraff I really don't know what the consequences are? I know they get arrested alot. It really doesn't matter to me as long as people aren't getting behind the wheel of a car after drinking.

dbcraff I agree it is harmful. But isn't that a decision we as a free society should be able to make on our own.
