Debbie Based on experience, I think you should eat food rich in vitamin C like citrus fruits, etc.. It can help fight whatever bacteria that can affect the healing of your wound. I'm not really an expert about this but I hope it can help. :)

Debbie Of course, infomercials are kinda tricky. It's a marketing strategy. If you really want to have a good built, you have to consistently work on it. I think all of them can only be effective if you are consistent. :)

Debbie better quit smoking. well, it wont be easy, of course. But think about alternatives, do other things that could make you forget about taking a stick for a moment... then repeat the process if it works on you.
