Drakorus IHOP usually... if there's not one near by I'll try for a denny's or wafflehouse, generally anything that's 24 hour and cheap... I try to stay away from fast food preferring the diners a bit more...

Drakorus I know this is going to sound kinda stupid but... I'd say google forex and start going through the list, you want to find a site that you can usually bring up very quickly as daily trading will often come down to how fast the website runs when you're trading....

Drakorus Generally, I'd update it at least once each time I get on around the time I'm done for the day. But, you should have much trouble updating once a week for major changes.
