i call a day perfect when i feel everything i do and plan don't mess up..also if my nails are all painted new, my fave song in 98.7 was aired and I'm done taking my 1 hour bath without having a rhinitis..

mine is depression i know most people would try to overcome this by altering extrinsically but i just deal with this through solitude.
