erricaalisa I agree with you on Hamburger Helper that was like the first I learned how to cook.You should try the Chicken Helper thats very good. Another quick and easy meals is Ramen Noodles.

erricaalisa i was told if you drink warm milk it would help you go to sleep.I 've drinked it a couple of times when I was younger but i dont really remeber it actually helping I just counted sheep backwards to go to sleep.
