loveC It seems your recipe is delicious but for me i prefer fresh apple with skin. they say apple if you keep it in the air and it will turn brown or change color for sometime it is good source of iron.

loveC i think yes addicting because everytime i will not take coffe i feel weak and my mood is different. i think this is what we call caffeine withdrawal. and whenever i took coffee i feel alive and strong all day.

loveC for me, i don't agree to losing weight fast... you can do it but slowly because for me if fast means you nedd to use artificial ones... my advised is just to eat slowly and chew your food well. eat small but frequent feedings. and at night better to eat...

loveC Actually, i love sleeping too... But the timings of my work made my sleep sometimes altered because iam having a shifting duty. Sometimes morning, PM and sometimes night duty. I think regular time of sleeping will give you a good sound sleep sleep....
