I used to have cold water bath in the morning. This could make me more refreshed and energetic to begin a new day. Before going to bed I prefer warm water shower. The massaging effect of the warm shower really makes me relaxed...

fikiabc HOT accommodating oneself to has evaporated imminently,certaily with COOL water,my here temperature has been a little bit anomalous,such has got down again,,such has down again,i may only stay in the cool water feverof to have bee dawdling well ,heat,heat!!
