How much does it take to you to fall asleep ?

Hi. This is my question for you. How much does it take to you to fall asleep after you are going to bed ? For me, I need about 30 to 60 minutes to fall asleep, and I think this is too much, but that's me... what about you ?

fonfonica wow didn't take u long to chose a best response. I only go to bed when i can't keep my eyes opne. I hate to sleep. It's like being dead. Wish it were only daytime and we didn't need sleep.

fonfonica I am taking tranxene and xanax. I've strted 5 month ago with tranxene 5 mg 3 times a day + xanax 0.25 mg lunch and evening. Now i fel much better and i reduced them to 2 tranxene and 1 xanax in evenings. I couldn't even stay 5 min alone withought being afraid...
