franziska Yes, I like tomato very much and I eat it often raw or cooked in many ways...but I've read that it's better to eat it after a long cooking because its benfits increase thanks to heating, especially his antioxidant power.

franziska I eat always at 7.30pm. It's a habit of my family. As we eat for lunch at 12.30 after 7 hours we are all hungry. I always have to eat something before going to sleep because if I don't do so I have stomach ache for all the night.

franziska I'd give up the cellphone. I've never liked it. I feel unconfortable pushing the keys to write an sms and my ears turn red and hot qickly when I use it to phone. Instead I love my computer at such point that I gave it a name like if it were human!!

franziska I never sleep enough in the week because there is a bar under my apartment and the noise that comes from it never let me sleep more than 5-6 hour per night. Also in Sunday there is movement of tables and chairs. A nightmare!!!
