gina2008 Yoga is good for you inner core. I find it very relaxing to do yoga. I never did it until we got the Wii Fit. Make sure you breathe the correct way when you are doing it. It is great for relaxing and stretching your muscles out. Good Luck to you!

gina2008 I agree! That person should throw it in the trash! It irritates me to no end when that person just gets a new roll out. Especially when you try to keep the house clean and in tip top shape. It is very upsetting! Throw it away people!! :)

gina2008 I only slam a door when I am REALLY REALLY angry. I find it healing. Somehow, I am getting away with something or letting out an energy source by slamming the door. Now when I am not angry, I shut the door the proper way. I am very careful.
