roniroxas i love edamame... and mongo beans too. my mom makes some mongo beans boiled with sugar add milk then freeze it. so good. but when you come to aged like my mom now, legumes are big no no. it makes her joints ache. but i am still not that old i can still eat...

myfanwy65 I've had it on salads and pizza. It was delicious on both. On the pizza they used feta cheese and the only other toppings were tomato chunks. It was delicious.

roniroxas yes you can eat anything you like during breakfast for you can still burn it all through the day... not like the food you will eat at dinner it will all go to your tummy and other parts of the body that can be seen easily.... lol

djbizmonkey34 Oh I LOVE WAFFLES~! Everytime I eat a waffle I feel like a kid again. And I don't use silverware either. Just use my hands and eat it like toast :)

roniroxas breakfast is the most important meal of the day. and i dont eat dinner so i really am looking forward to a heartful breakfast. i love eating omelets with garloc rice, or sardines and bread.
